Domestic shipping:
- Estimate shipping time between 3 days up to 12 days.
- Allow 2 business days for processing your order
- Jimar Jewellery is not responsible for customs taxes and additional fees
- Shipping fees is not refundable.
International shipping:
- Estimate shipping time between 4 days up to 14 days.
- Allow 2 business days for processing your order
- International carrier is ups
- Kindly note that jewelry shipments are subject to delay due to customs at the destination which is out of Jimar Jewellery responsibility
- International shipments are liable for customs taxes and duty fees this will be responsibility for the customer and will be settled at pick up
- Shipping fees is not refundable

Confirmation
Once we have shipped your order you will receive a confirmation email. When possible, we will send you a tracking number as provided by the shipping carrier.
Shipments depart Sunday throughout Thursday by 12:00 PM Saudi Time. Products ordered after noon are shipped next day.

We do not track packages nor do we have access to any additional information regarding a parcel’s location other than the shipper’s tracking number which you are provided when a parcel ships. If you are shipping internationally or opt for expedited shipping, the rate charged is based on the weight of your products and your location.
